"This is an example of a commissioned meditation board. I await divine guidance with each of these. They usually come in the form of a dream or a clear vision.

This is what Jeff shared about his meditation experiences with his board: 'I have discovered that my meditation board works as a spiritual extension of my own inner self. I recognize myself in it as I sit before it. It grows in richness and diversity over time as I continue to use it. I sit before myself, with new realizations incorporated and a greatly increased ability to understand and deeply experience my present level of spiritual realization.'"
