Waterfall Tea

In the digital artwork called Waterfall Tea, the flowers, teapot and water shows the gentle nourishing side of nature. Just as tea is an infusion of water and healing herbs, the blending of imagery in this piece signifies Nature's rejuvenating ability to soothe the mind, body and spirit.
The similarity of the colors and shapes of the pot and flowers creates a cohesive composition. Inside the teapot the light and dark areas are the flowing waters around the dark rocks. The embedded watery image breaks the contour of the pot and allows the flowered background to interact by touching the scene inside. This effect gives a soft fluid quality to the piece.
